Hi, I’m Jenn Kee. Thanks for stopping by my Rocket Hub page, and hopefully supporting my project!
So let me tell you a little about why recording my first solo album is so important to me. I've spent the last ten years playing in other people's bands, playing other people's music. As I got closer to completing my Masters of Music, and spending an incredible summer performing in musical theatre, I realized I had so much more to offer. I was inspired to start writing my own songs!
Over the next few months, I plugged away and have come up with some great music which really works well with my unique fusion of rock, folk, and musical theatre. I've spent a lot of time fine tuning my music and truly finding my voice.
All of the hard work I have done over the past 10 years has brought me to where I am today. But in order to get to the next level, I need to record this album.
I'm headed to the Grove Studio on February 23rd, and I need your help to get there. Recording can get expensive, and your donations will go directly towards the studio time, designing an album cover, duplication and distribution costs.
I've gotten pretty far with the help and support of family and friends, but now I'm depending on you to help me get just that much closer to my dream. What's going to make this album that much better, is knowing that I already have all of you cheering me on and making this succesful. I've included some fun rewards in return for everything you give.
